Shipping Policy

Delivery Within South Africa Pretty AF currently delivers to addresses within South Africa only. We ship via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Please note that during peak periods (such as Black Friday or festive seasons), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at aramex.com or contact Aramex directly for delivery updates.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Failed Deliveries If Aramex is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at prettyaf@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the matter with Aramex on your behalf.
